Dr. Pamela Boivin was drugged, raped, sodomized, robbed & 'found' in an unnamed establishment's basement in downtown Waterville, Maine & then arrested.
This is her story, but it doesn't stop there. What has been uncovered in the months since Pamela's attack is a history and pattern of victims being drugged and/or raped in establishments in downtown Waterville, Maine.
